Basically, there’s nowhere – even Chef Lefebvre spends half his career saucing salading it in fantasies about organic agro-villages and the good old days. Further, this is why it’s really important to read Raymond Williams’s The Country and the City if you want to work on the everyday… or really work on anything at all.
