Exactly. What is Lucifer’s insistence (what leads him to be not just morning-star but adversary) if not that tonight won’t be just another night, but that it will fucking rock? Heaven is nice and all, but knowing how it will end – ad infinitum – is torture. He’s the star of the morning because he was the star of last night.
